Welcome to The PokéLure Mystery Box website thepokelure.com. By using our Website and purchasing our Mystery Boxes, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully before making any purchases or using our Website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Website, you agree to abide by these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations within Australia. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website.

2. Product Purchases

2.1 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to purchase products from our Website. If you are not 18 years of age, you must have parental or legal guardian consent to make the purchase. By making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this age requirement OR have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2.2 Product Descriptions: While we strive to provide accurate descriptions of our Mystery Boxes, Mystery Crates and their contents, the actual contents may vary and may not always match the purchase price. Due to the mystery nature of the product, we do not guarantee specific card pulls or values and therefore do not provide refunds if a customer is unhappy with their pulls. 

2.3 Packaging and Shipping: Products are packaged and shipped by The PokéLure. We will make every effort to ensure safe and timely delivery within Australia, but we are not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss during transit.

3. Bonus Packs and Graded Cards

3.1 Bonus Packs: When you purchase a Mystery Box, you will receive a mix of 5 English/Japanese Scarlet & Violet or Sword & Shield booster packs, as well as a bonus pack from one of six tiers. The bonus pack is selected at random, and you have the chance to receive packs from different expansions.

3.2 Graded Cards: In the Golden Lure tier (1:100), there is a chance to receive a graded card along with other higher value packs. Graded card conditions may vary, and we do not guarantee specific grades or values.

4. Disclaimer

We are not affiliated with The Pokémon Company. The value of Mystery Box contents may vary and might not always match the purchase price. We cannot guarantee specific card pulls, conditions, or values. Due to the mystery nature of the product, we do not guarantee specific card pulls or values and therefore do not provide refunds if a customer is unhappy with their pulls.

6. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Website or the purchase of Mystery Boxes, to the extent permitted by Australian law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Australia. Any legal actions must be brought before the courts of Australia.

8. Refunds

Given the unique nature of our Mystery Boxes, we regret that we are unable to accept returns based solely on a change of mind or as outlined above, dissatisfaction with the cards received. However, we acknowledge the particular concerns associated with Pokémon products and have established a tailored refund policy to address specific situations.

8.1 Missing Items: If your order contains goods with missing items, especially within our tamper-sealed products, we will promptly address this issue. It's important to note that we do not cover missing contents in licensed products that we do not manufacture, such as Pokémon booster packs.

8.2 Vintage Pack Tampering: In cases where you purchase a Mystery Box and receive a vintage pack/s from our 1:50 and 1:100 seeds and it contains modern cards or cards that should not be present, we will address this matter. This excludes packs with errors in card placement, orientation, or missing cards.

To initiate a refund request for any of these scenarios, you must provide video evidence demonstrating the unboxing of our product from its original shipped packaging, including the first opening of the pack in question, in an unobstructed and continuous clip. If you believe you meet the criteria for a refund, please send us an email with your order number in the subject line, along with a detailed explanation of the issue. This will enable us to promptly process your request.

Please be aware that the cost associated with returning the item falls on the purchaser, and the return must be made via Australia Parcel Post in the item's original received condition. Once we receive the returned item, we will assess the situation and process the refund accordingly or as previously discussed.

Your continued use of our Website after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW. For standard shipping options, please allow 2-8 business days for your delivery based on your location. For Express Shipping options, please refer to the estimated delivery times when selecting your service.

Please note delivery timeframes are to be used as a guide only and we are unable to guarantee the delivery for your order within these timeframes.

Domestic shipping rate: We offer flat rate shipping based on the delivery state. We ship Australia Wide.

Domestic express shipping: Express shipping is not available to all addresses, but we will accomodate where possible. We offer flat rate shipping based on the delivery state.
