1. What is The PokéLure Mystery Box and Mystery Crate?

  • Our Mystery Boxes are a curated assortment of five mixed English and Japanese Pokémon TCG Scarlet and Violet or Sword and Shield booster packs plus one bonus seeded pack. In these seeded packs there is the chance to receive single cards, graded slabs, vintage or rarer packs.

  • Our Mystery Crates are carefully curated for the ultimate collector. Featuring your favourite Pokémon character, each crate is custom-made to order. Choose your budget and let us do the rest. Each crate will contain at minimum the RRP value of your chosen budget but we may surprise you with even more.

2. Can I choose the seeded packs I want in my Mystery Box or the items I want in my Mystery Crate?

  • No, the seeded packs are distributed randomly within each Mystery Box. This element of surprise adds to the excitement and mystery of the product.

  • All Mystery Crates will contain an assortment of items including, but not limited to, TCG products, plushies, funko pops and more within your chosen budget. You can request a particular focus for your Mystery Crate and we will do our best to accommodate.

3. How many booster packs are included in each Mystery Box?

  • You will receive five mixed English and Japanese Pokémon TCG Scarlet and Violet or Sword and Shield booster packs plus one bonus seeded pack. In these seeded packs there is the chance to receive single cards, graded slabs, vintage or rarer packs.

4. Are the Mystery Boxes guaranteed to contain valuable cards?

  • While we strive to include valuable and exciting cards in our Mystery Boxes, we cannot guarantee the specific cards or values you will receive. The value could potentially be less or far more than the cost of the purchased box.

5. Where do you get your products?

  • We take great care in selecting and sourcing all the products included in our The PokéLure Mystery Boxes. Rest assured, all our Mystery Boxes are curated and packed by our team. We source our packs and booster boxes from reputable sellers and distributors from all over the globe, who share our commitment to quality.

  • Before including any packs in our Mystery Box products, we meticulously inspect them to ensure their authenticity and check for any signs of tampering. Your satisfaction and trust in the products we provide are of utmost importance to us, so we go the extra mile to guarantee the integrity of every item in our Mystery Boxes.

    6. Are the cards in these Mystery Boxes authentic?

    • Yes, all the Pokémon TCG cards included in our Mystery Boxes are guaranteed to be authentic and officially licensed. If there is any issue or concerns with the contents of the boxes please contact us.

    7. Can I return or exchange a product if I'm not satisfied with its contents?

    • Due to the nature of Mystery Boxes and Mystery Crates and the element of surprise, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the contents inside as all packs are unweighed we cannot guarantee the hits inside.

    8. Do you offer international shipping?

    • No, at this time we do not offer international shipping however we will update our FAQ's and update our customers in the future if we do ship outside of Australia. 

    9. How often do you release new products?

    • We aim to release new products regularly to keep the excitement fresh. Be sure to check our website or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated on new releases.
